I’m still not running….because I am still injured. I went to the chiropractor again last week and got some exercises to do for my hip. I am now in a lot less pain but my hip is still too weak to support itself, which means my calf still hurts too. I don’t know how much longer I can go without running, especially because I have to basically start training from scratch again for the NWM Half SF in October. My plan is to keep strengthening my hip every day and stay on top of it so I can hopefully go for a run this weekend – I will be down in San Diego for a few days and I’d love to get a run in there if I can.
